What Gets Deleted

Account: Your email address, password, and authentication credentials.

Training logs: All daily sessions, workout completions, and RPE ratings.

Readiness data: All check-ins, readiness scores, and fatigue trend history.

Preferences: Your sport profile, goals, schedule, and app settings.

Subscription data: Your active subscription is cancelled and entitlement removed.

What Is Retained

Anonymised analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics retained for product improvement. Not linked to your identity.

Financial records: Basic transaction records (amount, date, region) retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance. No personal training data is included.

Primary Method — Delete In-App

The fastest and most reliable way to delete your account is directly within the Verletics app:

  1. 1Open the Verletics app on your Android device.
  2. 2Tap the profile icon or go to Settings.
  3. 3Select My Account.
  4. 4Tap Delete Account.
  5. 5Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you cannot access the app, submit your deletion request using the form below. We will process it within 30 days and confirm by email.
