5. AI and Automated Processing
Verletics uses artificial intelligence to generate training plans.
- We send only structured, non-identifiable data (e.g., age, sport, training inputs) to AI systems
- We do not send personal identifiers such as name or email to AI processors
- AI is used solely to provide adaptive fitness recommendations
- No fully automated decisions with legal effects are made solely by AI

Note on RevenueCat: RevenueCat receives your subscription status, purchase history, and a unique user identifier to manage entitlements. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or fitness data.
Note on Payments: All payment transactions are processed directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Verletics does not store, access, or process your payment card details.
8. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data is retained while you use the service
- Deleted accounts: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Subscription records: Basic transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance

9. Your Rights — All Users
- Access your data — use the "Download My Data" feature in the app

11. Additional Rights — California Residents (CCPA)
This section applies specifically to residents of California, USA, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
b. Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.
c. Right to Correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
d. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
Verletics does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You do not need to opt out, but you have the right to request confirmation of this at any time.
e. Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will receive the same quality of service regardless of whether you exercise your privacy rights.

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by the CCPA. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
g. Categories of Personal Information Collected (CCPA Categories)
- Identifiers: name, email address, unique user ID
- Personal information (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.80(e)): name, email
- Internet/network activity: app usage, interaction data
- Inferences: readiness scores, fitness scores, training profiles drawn from the above
We do not collect: Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, biometric data, geolocation data, or sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA.
12. Additional Rights — Other US States
Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale of personal data. Contact support@verletics.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Verletics is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13 (as defined under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act — COPPA) or under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and data promptly. 16. Not Medical Advice
Verletics provides fitness and training recommendations only. It does not provide medical advice. Training plans are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, consult a qualified medical professional before following any training programme.
17. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Our app does not currently respond to DNT signals from browsers. We will update this section if our practices change.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
